User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (or have parental consent for Flor AI)
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not share your account credentials with others
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment Terms

Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

Payment Processing

  • Web-based products: Processed securely through Stripe
  • Mobile apps: Processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • We do not store your payment information
  • Payment disputes should be resolved through the respective payment processor

Refunds

  • Refunds are handled according to the payment processor's policies
  • Apple App Store and Google Play Store have their own refund policies
  • We may offer refunds at our discretion for technical issues
  • Contact support@chelonelabs.xyz for refund requests

Acceptable Use Policy

Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
  • We may suspend services for security, legal, or technical reasons
  • We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
  • We may discontinue services with 90 days' notice to users

Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Notice:

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim

Termination

Termination by You

  • You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
  • Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You may delete your account and associated data

Termination by Us

  • We may terminate accounts for non-payment or fraudulent activity
  • We will provide reasonable notice when possible
  • Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations
