The service
Ciclo Jardín is a personal wellness app for logging menstrual cycle information and related notes on your device. It provides estimates based on what you enter. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for clinical care.
No medical advice
- Ciclo Jardín does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition
- Estimates are not contraception or birth control
- Always talk with a qualified clinician about medical questions
Your responsibilities
- Use the app only for lawful personal purposes
- Keep device backups if you want a copy of your logs outside the app
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the app or related services
Purchases
Core tracking is free. Lifetime Premium is an optional one-time in-app purchase through Apple or Google. Pricing and founding offers may change over time for new buyers.
Refunds and billing disputes follow Apple App Store or Google Play policies. Contact support@chelonelabs.xyz if you need help identifying a purchase.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Ciclo Jardín Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chelone Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including reliance on estimates. Some regions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
