Who we are

Ciclo Jardín is published by Chelone Labs, LLC (support@chelonelabs.xyz). This policy covers the Ciclo Jardín mobile apps on iOS and Android. For other Chelone Labs products, see the company Privacy Policy.

Data we store on your device

Core tracking does not require an account. Cycle and symptom data are stored locally in an encrypted database on your device, including:

  • Period start and end dates
  • Daily flow, symptoms, mood, energy, pain, and notes
  • Cycle settings and language preference
  • Local reminder preferences
  • Optional biometric lock setting
  • Premium unlock status after a store purchase or restore

We do not operate a Ciclo Jardín cloud account that syncs your health logs to our servers.

What we do not collect

  • No ads in Ciclo Jardín
  • No sale of health or cycle data
  • No third-party analytics that include cycle content
  • No required account for core tracking

Purchases

Optional Lifetime Premium is sold as a one-time in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your full payment card numbers.

The app may store a local flag that Premium is unlocked after a successful purchase or restore. That flag is not your cycle history.

Notifications and lock

Reminders are scheduled on your device if you turn them on. Biometric lock uses the platform Face ID / fingerprint APIs on your device. We do not receive your biometric templates.

Your controls

  • Export your data as a file from Settings
  • Delete all local app data from Settings
  • Turn reminders and biometrics on or off
  • Manage or refund purchases through Apple or Google

Children

Ciclo Jardín is not directed at children under 13. Do not use it to collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this page when the app changes. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
